Authentication happens in person, so there's nothing for you to photograph ahead of time. Here's exactly what we'll do together when you arrive — it takes about 10-15 minutes per item.
Before your appointment, have ready:
- The item itself, in person
- - Brand (e.g. Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci) and item type (e.g. Handbag, Wallet, Belt)
- - SKU or reference number, if you have one (optional)
- - Invoice, box, and dustbag, if you have them — these help but aren't required
During your appointment, we capture using the Entrupy app: front and back of the item, base, left and right sides, interior, inner and outer material and logo, zipper pull and base, hardware, an identifier/serial tag, and your invoice, box, and dustbag if available.
What to expect:
- We bring the camera and equipment — you just bring the item.
- - The capture itself takes about 10-15 minutes per item.
- - You'll receive your Authentic / Not Authentic result and certificate within 24-48 hours by email.
- - Appointments are available by arrangement — contact us to confirm your location.
